Objectives

Improve team communications and maximise the cohesion of the team ahead of an intense period of work together at the Turin Winter Olympics.

Outcomes
Buoyant team spirit from the group achievement.

Key skills
Team wide co-operation under pressure of time and ‘surroundings’.

Description
Delegates in teams of 6, had to recreate an unknown/unseen piece of art; a giant reproduction of a very relevant artwork. With cover-alls on and brushes earned, the teams quickly realised that they should co-operate and not compete to achieve the best results in the time allowed.

Delivery by
We used an Art based event to take people into an unfamiliar yet fun situation.

Venue
Paddington Centre for Performing Arts (Community Project).
