I have just completed a third tour of training in Riyadh. Once again it was a challenging but extremely rewarding experience. The people make. Their hunger for knowledge very exciting. More......
Coach or confidante, counselor or consultant; what will it be to get you to the next level? More........
My highlights were, “The group size and informality, pace and knowledgeable facilitators who enjoyed their work, novelty of using a theatre. I have learnt a lot and will continue to work on what you have told us”. Mark Thomas, Head of Professional Education, Johnson & Johnson Ethecon Endo Surgery
Our greatest skill is taking complex subjects and making the essential information accessible, memorable and usable everyday.
Such an eclectic mix of training professionals is always going to produce a very creative training experience. Creative Director, William Anderson, says, "When you can draw on so many disciplines - drama, magic, hypnotherapy, psychology and so on - you have a lot of new ideas to choose from." We then apply these ideas to the subject in hand. The result is a new game or exercise at every turn, so delegates spend very little time seated and listening. Our training is all about contributing and doing. And it is the doing - the 'feeling' - that cements the learning for the long term.
We observe the Psychology of Learning
Our Methodology for people and team development is underpinned by Psychology.
People like to learn and receive information in different ways.
So we create content that triggers all three senses; and more if we can.
As children we learn some important lessons for life. We do this by using Physical learning to reinforce Cognitive learning.
We learn best by teaching others.
We also learn more quickly through our mistakes.
And then we go beyond the senses and into the subconscious.
The result is a highly interactive, provocative and physically invigorating training experience; increasing uptake and long term retention of the message; a deeper learning experience that is fun and leaves you with practical tools to take away.
Use only the best.
Use horses for courses.
Be passionate, honest and loyal.
And have fun creating content just for you.
Even when selecting venues, we challenge the norm. We heighten sensitivity and anticipation by taking people to relevant and exciting venues. Or venues that give us access to the people we need to facilitate practice, such as students. In this way, our venues add to the learning experience.
